• Payment: You agree to pay the service provider directly for the services rendered, according to the agreed-upon terms.
• Disputes: You are responsible for resolving any disputes directly with the service provider. We are not involved in disputes between customers and service providers.

4. Service Provider Responsibilities

• Qualifications: Service providers represent and warrant that they are qualified and licensed (if required) to perform the services they offer.
• Insurance: Service providers are responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance coverage for their work.
• Taxes: Service providers are responsible for paying all applicable taxes related to their services.

We are solely a platform that connects customers with service providers. We do not:

• Employ Service Providers: Service providers are not our employees or agents.
• Guarantee Work: We do not guarantee the quality, timeliness, or completion of any work performed by service providers.
• Resolve Disputes: We do not mediate or resolve disputes between customers and service providers.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or services, including but not limited to:

• Service Quality: Any damages resulting from the quality or lack of quality of the services provided by a service provider.
• Delays or Cancellations: Any damages resulting from delays, cancellations, or non-performance of services by a service provider.
• Personal Injury or Property Damage: Any personal injury or property damage caused by a service provider.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with:
